Who are we who you entrust your personal information to?
For decades, we have been actively involved in equestrian sports and breeding in Hungary and internationally, and our riders and horses are successful elite athletes.
Whose data is affected and why?
The data management information covers the processing of personal data concerning natural persons, i.e. it applies to all cases where we become in possession of data that relate to a natural person, that relates to data that can be linked to him or her. Using the Szuhai Horses application, we may have personal information in several ways:
1. During the registration of the application: full name, nickname, email address, address, telephone number, company data may become in our possession.
2. Google Firebase Service ensures the security of your information after singing up for the application.
3. If you give us a recommendation about the application, we will handle your
name or email address.
Data handled by us is always received from you in every case, it is given by you.

What are the principles we hold your data in mind?
The data will be handled in accordance with the GDPR principles and the following principles:
legality: the company has a legal basis for data processing as defined in the decree:
there is a reason for data processing. fairness: the data shall be processed in accordance with the law and in the interests of the data subject. We do not treat your data in a way that misleads you about its purpose.
transparency: can be traced in all processes of data management purpose limitation: data are processed only in accordance with a predetermined purpose brought to the attention of the data subject data saving: we only process data to the extent and for the duration necessary for the purpose of the legal basis and the manner and duration of which we have provided you with prior information.
accuracy: the data is recorded according to their content, for this purpose the right of correction, restriction and deletion is ensured. limited storage: data is retained only for the time necessary to achieve the purpose integrity and confidentiality: we ensure that only those who need the service to fulfill the stated purpose have access to the data. For what reason is my data being processed? By visiting electronically and using the Szuhai Horses application, a contract is created between you and Us for the use of the application. The terms of the contract are set out in the Terms of Use or the General Terms and Conditions or in your individual contract you have with us. The legal basis for data processing is thus Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR contract between the parties.
How and for what purpose do we handle your data?
We will only process the personal data and information provided to you in connection with the purpose for which you provide the data, and we only use it to communicate with you to meet your needs. The purpose of data management is to use the application, improving the application after use, and you as a customer to receive a notification during the auction or to use for invoicing in the case of a winning auction.
The data is stored electronically on a server with appropriate security measures, there is no paper-based storage.
The server used for storage is our property, so no one else can access the data which is/are already on the server.
The secure storage and access to the server is further enhanced by the fact that the Szuhai Horses application’s website is protected by HTTPS (Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure), which ensures the integrity and confidentiality of the data between the user's computer and the website and/or the application. Data sent using HTTPS is protected by the Transport Layer Security Protocol (TLS), which provides three key layers of protection: Encryption – Encrypts the data you transmit by securing it from eavesdropping. Data Integrity – Data cannot be modified or infected during transmission without the system detecting it. Authentication Verifies that users are communicating with the correct website. Provides protection against intrusive attacks.
We will only transfer data if required to do so by law.
What rights do I have concerning data management?
Right to information
You have the right to receive understandable information about the reason, what data, how and how long we process it. In order for us to provide the information we need to identify you, we will indeed provide the information to you, so you may only request the information in person at a pre-arranged time or in writing. In the case of a written request, two witnesses are required for the request, and in the case of an application submitted electronically, we may accept and fulfill requests from the e-mail address, which is handled by us. If this is not possible, please submit a written request signed by two witnesses by post, which we will also fulfill by post. We will provide or respond to your request within 15 days of receiving it. We do not charge a fee.
Data provision: for correction, for the right to protest, for the right to restrict and cancel and for data portability.
At the request of the person concerned, Horses For Sale Kft. shall immediately correct the inaccurate personal data or supplement them at the request of the data subject.
The data subject may at any time object to the processing of his or her personal data on grounds of public interest, the performance of a public task or a legitimate interest. The data controller may only further process the data if it demonstrates that the processing is justified by compelling legitimate reasons, which take precedence over the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or relating to the filing, enforcement or defense of legal claims. If the data subject objects to the processing of personal data for the purpose of direct business acquisition, the personal data may no longer be processed for that purpose. At the request of the data subject, the Data Controller restricts the data processing if the accuracy of the data is disputed, the data processing is illegal, but the data subject requests only restriction and no deletion, the data controller no longer has a legal basis for the data, but the data subject requests until the lawfulness of the data processing has been decided on the data subject's objection. The person concerned shall be
informed of the lifting of the restriction. At the request of the data subject, in case of withdrawal of his / her consent, the data controller shall immediately delete the personal data concerning the data subject, unless due to the existence of another legal basis their processing is still necessary or
the public interest justifies processing the data, and their handling is necessary for the submission, enforcement and protection of legal claims. Data must be deleted even if it has been processed unlawfully or is required by law to be deleted.
The company shall notify the person concerned of the correction, restriction or deletion of the data, unless it proves impossible or does not require a disproportionate effort.

An appeal against the authority's silence or decision may be made to the court by the person concerned. The data subject has the right to go to court in case of unlawful processing of personal data.
